U.S. Department of Labor is cracking down on medical transport companies in Arizona for failing to correctly classify their drivers. The most recent company to feel the sting is Hope Medical Transportation, a non-emergency medical transportation company based in Tempe. The company didn't pay overtime to workers paid on a salary basis when they worked more than 40 hours in a workweek.
